We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
We offer free returns within 15 days of the purchase date. You can choose to receive either:

  • A refund to your original payment method, or
  • A store credit, issued immediately after we received your returned items.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have all original tags on and be returned in original Product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

 

how to initiate a return
To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email, stating which items you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label by email.
  3. Print the label and package the items securely in their original packaging.
  4. Drop off the parcel at the designated courier point or schedule a pickup if available in your area

Important information:

  • Refunds are processed within 2-3 weeks depending on your location and courier return times.
  • Store credits are issued immediately after we receive the returned items
  • We cannot refund or replace items that are lost, damaged or incomplete upon return.

  • Refunds usually take up to 3 weeks, depending on the customers location. Regarding store credits – those will be available instantly after receiving the returned product. In both cases, the customer will be notified and updated about the process.
