We offer free returns within 15 days of the purchase date. You can choose to receive either:
- A refund to your original payment method, or
- A store credit, issued immediately after we received your returned items.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have all original tags on and be returned in original Product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
how to initiate a return
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email, stating which items you’d like to return.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label by email.
- Print the label and package the items securely in their original packaging.
- Drop off the parcel at the designated courier point or schedule a pickup if available in your area
Important information:
- Refunds are processed within 2-3 weeks depending on your location and courier return times.
- Store credits are issued immediately after we receive the returned items
- We cannot refund or replace items that are lost, damaged or incomplete upon return.

Refunds usually take up to 3 weeks, depending on the customers location. Regarding store credits – those will be available instantly after receiving the returned product. In both cases, the customer will be notified and updated about the process.
